I preordered the game over a year ago and now I cant remember if I get anything physical, like instruction booklets and such.  I LOVE instruction manuals.  Any thoughts?

Thanks!

If you ordered a box you'll get a box. You had the option of either the download only or the download and a box. If you click My Account above and go to the registrations page, it should say (Download) or (Download+Box) in the list.

If you preodered digital download only, then you won't get a box. If you ordered download + box, then you will. If you have digital only, you should be able to upgrade to a box for shipping and change, by clicking the site's "pre-order" link on top which should show you the option.

Okay,I had a feeling it was something like that.  Thanks!

I have been asking without reply are the boxed versions in the mail yet?

Crap.

I ordered the download version only before the start of BETA 2. I then upgraded to the LE box version 18 days ago because of bandwidth restrictions. I have the e-mail saying my card was charged but it doesn't show up under My Account only the DD version.

Anyway that can be resolved or is it a mistake and also I have been asking without reply are the boxed versions in the mail yet?

I bet if you send them an email to sales@stardock.com describing your issue they'll work with you.

And how are they shipped? USPS, UPS, FedEx?

Orders have been handed over to the shippers and the boxes will start shipping in batches tomorrow. They'll be going out USPS Priority.

Thanks.

Jeslijar you are fast. I misunderstood the My Account page. It does say the LE boxed version is there.

Boo I was hoping that they would have been shipped early to coincide considering they were shipped to the big box stores already. Anyway that is how it goes I guess.

Hope the 0 Day patch isn't too big. Sounds like there are quite a few probs and complaints. Onthe bright side of this it might be better that it is taking longer so my view of the game isn't skewed before it is properly patched.

One question though why didn't they just have it patched up to the 0-day standards? Sounds like they knew about alot of these probs for a while? Anyway good luck guys and thanks for all the hard work.
